Which plan do I need?
Turns if you only need the turn board, check-in, time clock, payroll and reports. Pro to run the whole salon — appointments, checkout with card payments, bookkeeping, AI tools, the owner app and unlimited texting. Growth if you send a lot of marketing: it adds 5,000 campaign texts every month.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
After your trial ends, you'll need to add a payment method to continue using ABTurns. Your data is always preserved - you won't lose anything!
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change plans yourself any time in Billing. Moving up charges the difference for the rest of your billing period; moving down leaves a credit on your next bill. Your data stays exactly as it is.
Is texting really unlimited?
On Pro and Growth, yes. Appointment confirmations and reminders, receipts, thank-you texts and texting with customers have no monthly cap. Turns doesn't include texting. Marketing campaigns and automations use credits: Growth includes 5,000 every month, and you can buy more in packs — bigger packs cost less per text.
Do purchased text credits expire?
No. Credits you buy never expire — they stay on your account until you use them on a campaign or an automation. On Growth, the 5,000 monthly campaign texts are used first and reset each month.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees and no hidden charges — the plan price is all you pay for the software. Card payments on Pro and Growth have no contract and no monthly terminal fees, and with our cash discount program you can pay $0 in card fees. Send us your current statement and we'll beat it.
How does the cash discount program work?
You post one price — the card price. A customer paying by card pays exactly that, and a customer paying cash gets a discount taken off at checkout. Both prices show on the card terminal and the receipt, so it's clear and allowed in every US state (unlike a card surcharge). It needs no card-brand registration and works on debit cards. We set it up with you.

We offer a 30-day free trial so you can try everything before paying. If you're not satisfied after subscribing, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
